You Will:

  • Manage one or more business initiatives from conception through execution with an intense focus on quality.

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.

  • Work with senior management to create product plans and road-maps.

  • Lead product managers and coordinate with cross functional teams.

  • Create and monitor KPIs for the products you own.

  • Develop detailed requirements for new features

  • Produce and review product requirement documents (PRD)

  • Work with designers to develop the customer experience

  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.

  • Manage time effectively and execute according to commitments.

  • Apply a critical lens to your own work and the work of others.

  • Demonstrate a team first mentality by building rapport with teammates, designers, software developers, and leaders.

  • Clearly articulate complex ideas to both the internal teams and external clients.

  • Continuously seek to be well-informed regarding product management, industry trends and analytical skills used to capture customers.

  • Understand the process of business development and provide support by conducting relevant research, identifying key insights, and producing pitch materials with guidance from leadership.

  • Work cross-organizationally with customer support, operations, legal, compliance, risk management, engineering and other functional areas to ensure alignment with go-to-market activities and product launches.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree required with a multidisciplinary background such as computer science, accounting, business, finance, information systems, math/statistics and/or data science.

  • 1+ years of related industry experience or internship in product management, innovation, or product design.

  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in a variety of written and diagrammatic forms.

  • Proven track record of creative thinking, solving challenges, and developing   intuitive and engaging products.

  • Understanding and ability to produce at a minimum the following deliverables: product requirements documents (PRD); opportunity identification reports; detailed product specifications; voice of customer reports; concept generation, selection and testing reports; house of quality analysis; quality function deployment reports; product planning documents; product manuals; and usage recommendation guides.

  • A thorough, detail-oriented, and highly organized working style with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proven interpersonal skills, client relation skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments.

  • Demonstrate a deep appreciation and understanding of users, including market/product research, user-centered design techniques, information architecture, usability testing and requirements gathering.

  • Expertise and experience with process/business analysis, software development, large scale projects, documentation for code development, personalization, and modular design systems.

  • Ability to actively learn and embrace new ideas and concepts.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Extensive (1+ years) experience with cloud-based products and mobile applications.

  • Familiarity with code: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS/SASS, Python, C#, Styled components, and Responsive Web Design.

  • Understanding of statistical analysis techniques using R, Python, and Minitab.

  • Detailed work experience and certification with quality tools such as Lean and Six Sigma.
