HOUSTON (April 5, 2011) – Track Software, the leading platform for labor spend management, is proud to support the upcoming Valero Texas Open and Benefit for Children Golf Classic, which combined have raised millions of dollars for children’s charities.

Valero Energy Corporation has been the title sponsor of the PGA TOUR’s Valero Texas Open since 2002, and in combination with Valero’s annual Benefit for Children Golf Classic, the annual event has delivered more than $58 million to children’s charities in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean thanks to the support of sponsors like Track. The Valero Texas Open consistently ranks among the biggest fundraisers on the PGA TOUR, and distributes funds to children's charities in the communities where Valero has major operations.

This year's Valero Texas Open will take place from April 14-17. The Benefit for Children Golf Classic will follow on Monday, April 18 with morning and afternoon golf outings on 11 of San Antonio’s top courses. Track Software is a Gold level sponsor. “We have worked with Valero for many years to help them control contractor spending and manage costs related to critical refinery maintenance,” said Bob Harrell, CEO of Track Software. “This is a perfect opportunity to thank them for their support while also giving back to the community in a meaningful way.”
