HOUSTON (May 4, 2011) – Track Software, the leading platform for contract labor spend management, announced today that it is expanding its senior management team with the addition of Ken Naughton as Vice President of Consulting Services and the promotion of George Coyer to Vice President of Product Management.

Naughton, who will be responsible for overseeing all Track service offerings and customer implementations, brings nearly 20 years of experience in the energy and chemicals space, combined with an accomplished selling and delivery track record. Prior to joining Track, he held various positions within Accenture for 15 years and executed strategy development, implementation and sustainment activities for both business units and functional groups at clients such as ExxonMobil, Lyondellbasell, Huntsman, BP, Infineum – Shell/ExxonMobil JV, TOTAL, KBR, DuPont, and Monsanto. Naughton also worked as an investment analyst at PaineWebber Inc. and at Oppenhiemer & Co. Naughton is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and earned his MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.

Coyer, who joined Track Software in 2000, is transitioning from his role as Vice President of Implementation Services into a newly created position. As Vice President of Product Management, he will oversee development of Track’s contract labor spend management tools. The 27-year veteran of chemical industry IT is experienced in project management, software implementation, work process redesign and SAP integration. Coyer, who earned his degree in Mathematics from Virginia Tech, worked at Union Carbide and was the MIS Director for their Solvents and Coatings Division prior to joining Track.
