HOUSTON, TX [October 20, 2014] – Management Controls, Inc. is pleased to announce its selection to the  Houston Business Journal’s 2014 Best Places to Work list.

A luncheon was held at the Hilton Americas Hotel in Downtown Houston on Wednesday, October 15th in honor of all award recipients. Nearly 1,000 people attended the event where 107 companies in the Greater Houston Area were honored.

“For 13 years, the Houston Business Journal has hosted the longest-running Best Places to Work awards program in the city, honoring top employers for their unique cultures, amenities, benefits and worker-retention and attraction strategies,” wrote B. Candace Beeke, Editor-in-chief of the Houston Business Journal, on Houston BizBlog.

Considering that winners are chosen based on surveys completed by their own employees, Management Controls is especially honored to have made the list again this year.

“At MCi, we strive for a work culture where employees are challenged, encouraged, and know that they are valued,” said Sara Hinton, business development manager at Management Controls. “We are grateful to be recognized by our employees, especially as MCi continues to grow in 2015.”

Congratulations to all of the companies that made the list!
